Crisis and opportunity, phrase if there are. Listened in so many talks and repeated in so many coaching events.
Today, I believe it is timely.
Recently, the Government designated 64 articles in the program "Prices taken care of" ... bah no, 65. The last one is the dollar, which left its floating free, for a closely guarded by the BCRA.
As far as our business is concerned, the construction m2 crosses a clear decrease in its costs (as shown in the Real Estate Report site graphic); so we assume that it is a good time to manufacture m2.
Now, in a frozen moment of the economy, the question of rigor is: to whom do we sell those m2?
In all this context, we develop the battle, we are bold and persistent. Our vision must always be ahead of market time.
There is a lot of talk, everything is heard. That we must point to areas that are going to grow, that we must assimilate the trends, that we must be vigilant, that today the numbers are confusing due to devaluation and inflation, and that the market is more demanding, among so many speculations.
My humble opinion is that although we are in a stage of devaluation of the market, always comes a revaluation of it; therefore, you have to be prepared to get on the wave before it starts to grow.
From the economic point of view, I think the best thing is to maintain a list of prices in pesos and update by index, so as not to speculate with the exchange rate, which can cause profitability or exaggerated losses.
All these are only appreciations.
The truth is that homes are needed. Life goes on: I get up, breakfast, I kiss my wife and my daughter. The important thing!
